Pastor Graham Cunnington
Graham became the pastor of Wellspring Pentecostal Church Welling in Feb 2020 and has been in Christian ministry for over 30 years.
As an accredited minister with the Assemblies Of God, Graham has been involved in many roles of Church leadership, including 7 years as the administrator and area trainer for the London and South East Area.
With a heart and passion to care for, and shepherd those in his care, Graham sees his mission as bringing the scriptures to life so that people grow deeper in their Christian walk and relationship with God.
Graham is married to Christina, has 3 children and 7 grandchildren, took early retirement after 38 years in banking in 2016. In his spare time Graham loves to read, walk and is a keen photographer.
Rev Christina Cunnington
Christina is the founder and Chairperson of New Zion Healing Centres, a ministry and charity that she established in 2005 which operates around the globe including India, Africa and the UK.
Being in Christian ministry for over 30 years, Christina has a heart and passion to see both the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of people’s life’s being meet that she encounters and an Apostolic calling to establish healing centres and position fellow believers into the place God has planned for them.
Together with her husband Graham she is on the leadership of Wellspring Pentecostal Church, Welling, has 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and loves to read.

Micky McCaffrey - Elder
Michael ( Micky ) McCaffrey was appointed an elder in March 2025. Micky made a decision for Jesus in February 1976 and has been a member of Wellspring since 2015. Having a heart to serve, Micky is part of the worship team which is led by his wife Chantal, and is always someone who will encourage and motivate anyone he comes into contact with - He has an obvious gift of evangelism upon his life, and will share his faith with anyone he can. All these qualities make Micky an ideal person to complement the existing gifts that there are on the eldership team. |

Len Randall - Elder |

Along with his wife, Yvonne, Len has previously been responsible for the care and nurture of the youth of the church, as well as playing an active role in the worship and teaching that takes place. With a heart and passion for the word of God, len plays a vital role on the eldership team, bringing together his many years of wisdom and knowledge to the role. |

Len is an ordained minister of the gospel, and has held a number of leadership roles over the last 30 years. He has been an elder at Wellsprings for the last 7 years.
